QNet Condemns The Police For Arresting The Director Of Vihaan.
Hong Kong is the base for the direct selling company, QNet. The fact that Hong Kong is the base for QNet doesn’t rule out the notion that there are other franchisees and sub-franchisees for QNet in other places. Recently, police in the state of Telangana has unlawfully arrested the director of Vihaan which is the Indian sub-franchisees for QNet and QNet has condemned this action and termed it to be unjust and unlawful. The supreme court had just availed a verdict in favor of the Vihaan directorship and the arrest was against the verdict.
The director of Vihaan was free from any coerce actions against them as the supreme court made a ruling on their favor on 25th January, 2019. The supreme court on that day found the petitioner (Vihaan) not deem fitting a coercive action against them. The respondents to the lawsuit were summoned to refrain from taking any coercive actions to the Director of Vihaan until the Supreme Court avails other directives. The state of Telangana was part of the respondents who received the directive from the Supreme Court. Therefore, the state or any other respondent was to stay free from availing any coercive steps to the Director or Vihaan.
The police department of Cyberabad weren’t attentive to the supreme court’s interim or verdict and they went ahead and arrested the director of Vihaan and other two persons. 26th January, 2019 was the day when these arrests happened. the director of Vihaan is known as, Dilip Raj Pukkela. Chandan Kumar Chowdary and Atul Kumar were the two representatives who were arrested together with Dilip. The police who arrested the three claimed to arrest them due to running a pozi scheme through their multi-level marketing business.
In the media, there are a video circulating that was made by Dilip and the video has Dilip claiming that he knows nothing when it comes to the operations of QNet. The video has Dilip claiming to have zero understanding and information about the financial deals facilitated by QNet. The video also claimed that Dilip is always left out when it comes to making financial decisions for QNet. However, QNet claims that Dilip was allegedly forced into recording the video. This leads to the condemnation as it was against the directors will.
QNet condemns the arrest as its unlawful and against the interim availed by the supreme court claiming that not legal and coercive actions should be taken or defined against Vihaan. AS much as QNet is concerned, distributors are enrolled through a commission earned income. Vihaan was faced with FIRs allegations and lawsuits and these lawsuits claimed that Vihaan was running a money circulation scheme and this is found to be baseless by QNet. This facts contribute to the reasons why QNet is finding the police to have arrested the three unlawfully.
